We design it
We come back with a mockup plus a firm price — almost always between $50 and $70. Usually within a few days.
You approve
Changes are free at this stage. Nothing gets made, and nothing is charged, until you’re happy.
We pour it
Sculpted, hand-painted, set and sealed. Then it ships free, worldwide, with tracking.
What works, and what doesn’t
Being upfront saves us both a round of emails.
✓ Works well
- A character or creature with real three-dimensional shape
- A scene — mountain, ocean, forest, galaxy, fire
- Your pet, rendered as a small sculpted figure
- A colourway you want on a design we already make
- Spacebars and larger sizes, not just 1u
✗ Doesn’t work
- Flat logos, text or lettering — the figure is sculpted, not printed
- Photographs of a real person’s face
- Very fine detail smaller than a grain of rice
- Anything that needs to glow or light up
- Fuzzy or fabric textures — resin can’t hold them
Before you ask
What does a custom cost?
Most commissions land between $50 and $70, including free worldwide shipping. Where you fall in that range depends on how complex the sculpt is — a single figure sits at the lower end, several figures or unusual detail at the upper. You’ll always get a firm price before anything is made, and you’re free to walk away.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days to come back with a design. Once you approve it, a commission takes 18–24 days to make and reach you. We’ll give you a real date when we quote.
Do I pay anything to get a design?
No. Designing and quoting is free, and you’re under no obligation. We only take payment once you’ve approved the mockup.
Can you copy a design I saw somewhere else?
We can work from a reference for shape, colour and mood, but we won’t reproduce another artisan maker’s original piece. Bring us the idea rather than their photo and we’ll make something that’s yours.
Can I order more than one?
Yes — matching sets, a few colourways of the same sculpt, or a run for a group buy. Mention it in the form and we’ll price it together.
What if I don’t like the design?
Tell us and we’ll change it. Revisions at the design stage are free, and if we can’t get it right you simply don’t order — you haven’t paid anything.
