Every keycap is made to order and shipped worldwide, free.

Processing & delivery

Because each realm is hand-poured for your order, allow about 16–20 business days from order to delivery on free Standard shipping, or 12–16 business days on Express ($4.99). Both are tracked, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

Free worldwide shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, everywhere, and fully tracked — no minimum and no code needed. Express is available at checkout for $4.99 if you want it sooner.

Returns

If your keycap arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. As each piece is hand-made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on opened items — but we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.
